The GMF Sesc Training application, developed by Sesc SP, aims to enhance the training experience for students actively enrolled in the Multisport Gymnastics Program. This digital tool provides several functionalities designed to support effective training and program engagement.

• Access a fully personalized workout plan, tailored by the instructor overseeing the participant's progress in the GMF gymnasium. The plan is prescribed based on individual goals and current fitness levels.
• View instructional videos for each exercise, produced by Sesc educators, promoting safety and efficiency during workouts.
• Confirm completion of the scheduled training session for the day.
• Monitor the group class schedules available at various Units.
• Obtain detailed information about the GMF facilities at participating Units—including size, available equipment, location, operating hours, and additional services.
• Receive messages containing course updates and recommendations for adjusting workout routines.

To register for the application and begin utilization, students are required to visit the GMF Room at their registered Unit and request access from one of the attending educators. Following registration, users can download the app via the Play Store or Apple Store and set up their account using a personalized password.

Access to the application is restricted to active students whose registration, payments, and documentation are current. Individuals who have withdrawn from the program, failed to submit necessary documentation (such as medical certificates or PAR-Q), missed payments, or discontinued participation will lose access to the app accordingly.
